1. Service Scope & Account Eligibility
Agent Pandu is an executive personal AI agent and cognitive operating system designed to assist professionals with persistent context retrieval, episodic memory management, task execution, and workplace integrations.
Beta Access & Capacity Controls
Agent Pandu is currently operating in an early access beta. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis or through administrative waitlist approvals. We reserve the right to limit account registrations, modify capacity quotas, and refine system features as the product evolves.
To access the service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Safeguard your authentication credentials, including WebAuthn passkey hardware authenticators, passwords, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/TOTP) backup codes.
- Promptly notify us at support@agentpandu.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Maintain only one active account per individual user unless expressly authorized.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use Agent Pandu only for lawful, legitimate personal and professional workflows. You expressly agree not to:
Security Probing & Exploitation
Scan, probe, penetration test, or breach service security boundaries, authentication controls, or multi-tenant isolation mechanisms.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or reconstruct proprietary system prompts, underlying model scaffolding, or intellectual property.
Abuse & Denial of Service
Distribute malware, flood API endpoints, automate denial-of-service traffic, or circumvent daily rate and cost limits.
Unlawful Actions & Harassment
Generate spam, engage in unlawful harassment, infringe copyright or intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws and regulations.
3. Autonomous Agent & AI Execution Disclaimers
Probabilistic AI Output & Human Responsibility
Agent Pandu employs advanced large language models (LLMs) and autonomous tools. LLM output is probabilistic in nature. Responses, summaries, search results, and tool recommendations may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions. All AI-generated outputs are advisory and do not constitute certified legal, financial, accounting, medical, or life-critical advice.
User Approval of External Actions: When Agent Pandu connects to your tools (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, or Slack), actions that alter external state or send communications to third parties require your oversight. You maintain ultimate responsibility for reviewing and approving actions initiated through the system.
4. User Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Content & Memories
You retain all ownership, rights, title, and interest in and to the content you submit, including chat prompts, personal facts, episodic memories, uploaded career assets, and files. We claim no ownership over your data.
Agent Pandu Intellectual Property
Agent Pandu, its visual design, user experience systems, software code, APIs, documentation, system prompts, agent architectures, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Agent Pandu and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service as set forth in these Terms, no license is granted.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, product ideas, or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
5. Third-Party Integrations & APIs
Agent Pandu allows you to connect third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, and foundational AI model APIs).
- Your use of third-party integrations is governed by the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those providers (for example, the Google API Services User Data Policy).
- We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, changes, or service discontinuations of third-party APIs.
- You can revoke access tokens and disconnect third-party services at any time from your account settings.
6. Availability, Warranties & Limitation of Liability
“As-Is” and “As-Available” Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Agent Pandu, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
7. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time through self-service account deletion in Settings. Account deletion immediately purges active sessions and schedules data for removal according to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or activities that compromise platform security.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
